Captain America: Brave New World

2025 is looking to be a standout year for the MCU, with three cinematic releases. We kick things off with Captain America: Brave New World , directed by Julius Onah, the first Captain America film with Anthony Mackie's Sam Wilson taking the lead is long overdue but finally here. The MCU has been on shaky grounds since the Infinity Saga came to an end in Spider-Man: Far From Home in 2019. Whilst there were perhaps one or two films in the Infinity Saga that fell short of the mark, the Multiverse Saga has been miss after miss with films such as Thor: Love and Thunder and The Ant-Man and Wasp: Quantumania being near unwatchable in a saga that feels directionless, over-stuffed and lacking stakes. Christmas Movie List

Hi!! Christmas is my favourite time of year, I love the awful jumpers, baking cookies, snuggling in the warm with hot chocolate, but most of all I love the movies. I would watch Christmas films all year around if I could (I may have watched Christmas films on occasions after nights out back when I was at university... but shhhh don't tell). With December less than a week away I decided to make a Christmas Movie Watchlist. The list is made up of 24 films for 24 days - it's sort of like a Christmas advent calendar but with films! Brilliant right? I haven't numbered the films that way you can watch them in whatever order you like. The list is made up of my favourites, some have been favourites since I was a child, some are films that have come out this year, but I love them all.
