Captain America: Brave New World

2025 is looking to be a standout year for the MCU, with three cinematic releases. We kick things off with Captain America: Brave New World , directed by Julius Onah, the first Captain America film with Anthony Mackie's Sam Wilson taking the lead is long overdue but finally here. The MCU has been on shaky grounds since the Infinity Saga came to an end in Spider-Man: Far From Home in 2019. Whilst there were perhaps one or two films in the Infinity Saga that fell short of the mark, the Multiverse Saga has been miss after miss with films such as Thor: Love and Thunder and The Ant-Man and Wasp: Quantumania being near unwatchable in a saga that feels directionless, over-stuffed and lacking stakes. And yet I have hope, Captain America: Brave New World feels like a soft reset, it is not perfect, but it is a massive step in the right direction.  The opening does two things, it reintroduces us to the often-overlooked 2008 MCU film: The Incredible Hulk before going into a Captain America s...

Autumn Bucket List

Today is officially the first day of Autumn/Fall depending on where you are reading! I absolutely love Autumn, it's not too cold, the trees become an array of bright colours, everything gets a little spooooky and there are some great seasonal movies to watch with a hot drink and a cosy blanket. I may hate scary films, and anything to scary but I love Halloween!! I love doing some Halloween makeup and costumes, making tasty treats, decorating the house and carving pumpkins. I have been growing my own pumpkins this year and I actually have so many to carve - I guarantee I will still end up going to a pumpkin patch to buy more though.

So, I have decided to create a little Autumn bucket list!! Throughout Autumn I will be crossing each item off the bucket list and I want you to join me! You can follow along on my Instagram and Twitter (Links at the end of this post) and I would love to see how you interpret the bucket list! There is something for everyone on this list, from baking to getting outdoors, but most importantly there are some great movies to spend the chilly Autumn nights watching! You will notice that none of these movies are particularly scary because I hate scary films so you can swap them for more scary films if you wish - just don't make me watch them haha.

I cannot wait to start crossing items off this bucket list! I really hope you all like the list and I really hope you will join me on this Autumn adventure. Please let me know what your favourite Autumn activities and movies are in the comments below!!

Thank you for reading, please give this a share and join me this Autumn xx
